The Holidays are upon us and while we are all caught up in the gift giving, receiving, baking cookies and getting party dresses I thought it would be a good time to also reflect on others that have helped us out during the year. The teacher that went the extra mile, the cleaning woman that brought your plant back to life and the family member that is always helping and never asking for anything in return. Why not take a few minutes this season to help spread joy to the people in your life, your town or even the stranger running into Starbucks behind you. I have found then when I go out of my way to be kind it comes back to me tenfold.
