Happy Friday!! I am ready for the weekend and hopeful for sunshine. Last weekend in NJ we had an odd Saturday filled with snow all day. Baseball and Soccer was cancelled which brought on tears by both kids (I was slightly excited because I didn’t want to freeze!) but this weekend promises to be sunny and nice out….says the woman that has not checked out the weather.
I’ve got some favorites this week to share for Friday’s Fresh Picks starting with two personal images and favorites from the week. My son Derek performed with his Karate Demo team at the Philadelphia 76ers game. Derek worked for months and months practicing and dedicating so much time and energy to his routine. It was so amazing to see all that hard work pay off and for him to feel the joys and rewards of all his work! This photo was taken by the NBA photographer
We stayed for the Sixers game after Derek’s karate demo and the kids had an amazing time. My kids are totally into sports, cheering (loudly) and their Philadelphia teams. Since we had such a great time we decided to head back again on Sunday for their final home game of the season. Of course we bought them full gear before the game to support their team!

Speaking of heading to sporting events I am loving my new towel/blanket from Natural Life. It is beautiful, soft, rolls up small enough to fit in my tote and it’s image spreads positivity. It’s my new favorite soccer mom accessory
I am full on OBSESSED with Apple Music. My husband and I were having music issues while we both were working out at Life Time Athletic at the same time. We were of the mindset that we would not pay for radio. This is the same mindset we had about television but HELLO we are now madly, deeply in love with Netflix so when know how wrong were once. Well sure enough we took the dive into an Apple Music Family account for $15 a month and it’s AMAZING!!! I can listen to anything, anyone, anywhere. I plan on sharing lots of playlists but for today I made up a little Women That Rock sampling for you all!! Hope you enjoy!!
